Rob brings nearly 30 years of service in the Canadian Army to his career in real estate. After being posted to Kingston twice throughout his military career, he and his family developed a strong connection to the community. When he retired from the military in 2019, choosing Kingston as home was an easy decision.
Having experienced military relocations firsthand, Rob understands the unique challenges that come with finding a home in a new city, from tight house-hunting timelines and unfamiliar neighbourhoods to navigating the SIRVA relocation process. That experience gives him a valuable perspective when helping military families relocate to Kingston, while his practical, straightforward approach benefits buyers and sellers at every stage of life.
As part of The Stage One Real Estate Team, Rob works alongside Shari Doherty, combining his military relocation experience and local knowledge with Shari’s extensive sales and marketing experience. Together, they provide clients with knowledgeable guidance, responsive service, and a team approach throughout the entire process.
For Rob, the goal is simple: make buying or selling a home feel clear, supported, and as stress-free as possible, so clients can feel confident about what comes next.
